This gives the brooch much more sparkle than it did when we acquired it, as there is additional light reflection. The gold tone finish received a light polishing. Of note: the black background really made the rhinestones pop when the flash of our camera interacted with the lights in our photography box. The light was absorbed a bit more against the white background. The true color of the rhinestones is somewhere in between.
