Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and have provided information to highlight the features and any imperfections, or vintage love on our pieces. We also share condition descriptions (and lots of pictures) so that you are aware of how we arrived at our opinion. If despite our best efforts we miss something, we will be happy to work with you.
Give us an opportunity to make it right...because we will.

We request that you notify us of any problems with your order within (7) days of receipt. You pretty much know right away if an item was damaged during shipping, or did not meet expectations. We would like to know right away too. Please keep the original packaging for return.
This (7) day window is only to notify us, not to ship it back. We understand life is hectic and kids get sick. Delays happen. We have a (15) day window for you to return the item, (not including shipping time) and expect a full refund. The return process should be relatively painless if you use the packaging received, and print out the pre-populated return label that we will provide. If we have missed something, or the item was damaged in transit, we will pay for the return shipping. All other return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Luckily, jewelry is pretty light.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We thoroughly inspect all pieces prior to listing & photographing & again before shipping using a high powered jewelers magnification system, and can often see the telltale signs that a piece has been worn. Please do not wear a piece, and then return it. If we see signs of "rental" you may not be eligible for a full refund. All returns must be in the original packaging.

Partial refunds may apply for:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Shipping
We are happy to provide you with a return shipping label, however, if you prefer to address the package yourself, please request the ship to address by emailing: lovemyretro@gmail.com.

Unless pre-approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and the cost of initial shipment will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
