Judith Leiber Vintage Necklace With Horn Charm
Amazing collectible necklace by iconic designer Judith Leiber with unusual chain links and blowing horn charm.
Bitchin Retro Notes: This necklace has been thoroughly cleaned and given a light polish. The horn is highly reflective, and captured our camera, photography lights and background imagery. Any lines, smudges or marks are reflections. The horn has a ultra high sheen, with no markings. Additionally, the horn photographed with more of a silver toned finish than it actually is in real life. There are subtle silver overtones to the upraised areas on the links, as well as the horn, though the necklace clearly presents with the gold finish in person. This necklace is in very good to excellent vintage condition. There is some minimal wear on the bails to the horn charm, as seen with a loupe, and not visible to the naked eye. This would be a normal expectation for any bails with chain links. Additionally, we removed a very small speck of verdi gris from the flat end of the horn. (Side view.) The verdi gris was only seen thru magnification. Some very small plating loss occurred with the removal, though this is not seen with the naked eye, but is visible with a loupe. Please see photo with zoomed in image.
Vintage jewelry is rarely perfect. We will do our best to note any obvious flaws, but flea bites, and small scratches are to be expected. Please view all photos with zoom to see characteristics of this listing, and note the measurements provided, as we use a telephoto lens to show as much visual detail as we can, and this may enhance size perception. We would be happy to answer any questions, or provide additional photos.
Excellent = very little to no visible wear, though minimal flea bites/scratches may be seen thru a loupe or magnification.
Very Good = normal wear and tear typical for the age which can be seen up close, as well as flea bites/scratches seen thru a loupe.
Average = Significant wear seen with and without a loupe. We will note specifics and provide photos.
