Wild Bryde Vintage Hummingbird Brooch

Joy and lightness. Resilience and adaptability. Hummingbirds have lots of symbolic characteristics, and are loved the world over. This vintage Wild Bryde brooch shows a hummingbird hovering gracefully among delicate blossoms. With a hammered finish and openwork design, this piece is lightweight, yet substantial.

Bitchin Retro Notes: This brooch is in excellent vintage condition, and has been thoroughly cleaned. **Of note: the hammered finish is highly reflective, and picked up just about everything near the camera. We have provided several photos to give you an idea, any darkened areas are not present in person, but is a reflection from our camera. Depending what you put this brooch near, the reflections are actually pretty cool and seems to bring the brooch to life as you move. Please see condition descriptions below.

Excellent = very little to no visible wear, though minimal flea bites/scratches may be seen thru a loupe or magnification. 

Very Good = normal wear and tear typical for the age which can be seen up close, as well as flea bites/scratches seen thru a loupe.

Average = significant wear seen with and without a loupe. We will note specifics and provide photos.
